From 19 to 26 June 2026, the sixth edition of Bled Contemporary Music Week, organised by .abeceda Institute, will take place in Ljubljana and Bled.
The main festival programme features new works by resident and guest composers, performed by .abeceda [New Music Ensemble], .abeceda [String Quartet], .abeceda [Flute Quartet], and .abeceda [Percussion Quartet]. Each concert will be introduced by a pre-concert talk with the participating artists.
The festival is further enriched by lectures from researchers in the enuntiatio.praefatio.formulae programme, as well as concerts by the year-round residency programmes precept.concept.percept, infra.norma.meta and .abeceda [New Music Academy].
