The Ghosts of Cukrarna

The Ghosts of Cukrarna are a series of portraits depicting former residents of Cukrarna who, until now, never had the chance to be presented. These imaginative portraits were created by Slovenian artist Miha Perne, who drew inspiration for this project from the stories of past inhabitants who found refuge in the house during difficult times. The portraits are made of porcelain and set against backgrounds that reflect Cukrarna’s rich history.
