Exhibition catalouge

The exhibition Extended Vision, thematically linked to the phenomenon of perception through the works of twenty Slovenian artists, is accompanied by a comprehensive catalog. In the introduction, curator of the exhibition Alenka Trebušak outlines the conceptual framework and thematic orientations of the exhibition, highlighting how the artists exploit the gaps in perception through their paintings, reliefs, photographs, videos, objects, and installations to intensify the experience of seeing. Jure Mikuž contributed an article titled On Perception, and the catalog also includes photographs of the exhibition setup and interviews with the artists: Marko Batista, Uršula Berlot, Beti Bricelj, Ksenija Čerče, Sandi Červek, Vuk Ćosić, DK, Dušan Fišer, Vadim Fiškin, Meta Grgurevič, Sanela Jahić, Danilo Jejčič, Peter Koštrun, Blažka Križan, Oto Rimele, Nika Špan, Dušan Tršar. In addition to the interviews, the catalog features contributions from publications that accompanied the exhibitions of the late artists Nejč Slapar, Vinko Tušek, and Edvard Zajec, as well as short biographies of the artists.
