The exhibition Art Vital has been nominated for Best Exhibition and Experience.
Cukrarna has been nominated for the Best of Slovenia Culture 2026 award in the category New Exhibitions & Experiences for its exhibition ART VITAL – 12 Years of Ulay / Marina Abramović.
The Best of voting, now in its 15th year, is organized by the media house The Slovenia in cooperation with the international platform In Your Pocket City Guides. In the category Best of Cultural Experience 2026, votes can be cast across 10 subcategories: Cultural Festivals, Slovenian Books, New Exhibitions & Experiences, Museums, Unique Museums & Galleries, Unique Experiences at Castles, Private Galleries, Theatres & Opera, Cultural Experiences & Events for Families, and UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Among the locations of the Museum and Galleries of Ljubljana, this year’s Best of 2026 nominees include Cukrarna Gallery (category “New Exhibitions & Experiences”), the City Museum of Ljubljana (category “Museums”), and Plečnik House (category “Unique Museums & Galleries”).
